In this video, we make the rugged hike to Horseshoe Bluff in the Shawnee National Forest to see fall colors. It was a great idea because we got to see beautiful fall colors, awesome bluffage, and other scenic views.

Pro Tip for Hiking in This Area

Don’t visit during the warm and hot months. The trail will be hard to hike (unmaintained) and you will likely run into venomous snakes including rattlesnakes. Leaf-off is the absolute best time to visit this very rugged area.
