A Mission of Art Displayed through my Video Camera…

2017 is over…

I started Hiking with Shawn in December of 2016. Quickly, the year became 2017 and I had already completed many hikes. 2017 was filled with more adventure that I had imagined… I met several YouTubers and collaborated with them and even traveled to another state for several days to do such. I spent several nights in the forest with a YouTuber to celebrate and watch the Solar Eclipse. I honestly had the time of my life in 2017 – it was one of the best years of my life.

But now 2017 is over and it is time to get a bit more serious about the films or rather art, that I am trying to bring each of you who enjoy watching my videos…

This year is the year of experimentation for me. I’m going to be trying new techniques, using music, drone footage and all sorts of awesomeness to not only inspire each of you who watch my films but to also increase the ability to give you all the best footage I possible can give you.

Don’t worry, I’ll still go on fun and exciting hikes. I just want to show you them in a more artistic way so that you can end the video with a smile and a happy memory to take with you.
